Coach Beard is from Milwaukee, WI where he attended Homestead High School. He went on to attend UW-Platteville where he played basketball and football. He graduated from UW-Stout with B.A. in Psychology. He also a Masters' in Educational Leadership from American Intercontinental University in Schaumburg, IL.

Coach Cook calls Loves Park, IL his hometown. He attended Rockford Auburn High School. After playing at Rock Valley College, Coach Cook attended D2 powerhouse Grand Valley State University in Michigan.

Coach Anderson is from Rockford, IL. He earned B.A. in General Studies from the University of Northern Iowa. Coach Anderson has coaching stops at Rock Valley College, Harlem High School and Rockford Auburn High School Coach Anderson was the Head Track Coach for 10 years at Rockford Auburn.

Coach Brown is a Rockford, IL native where he attended Rockford Auburn High School. He went on to play football football and graduate from Valparaiso University in Indiana with B.A in Sport and Fitness Administration.

Coach Manning grew up in Miami, FL before moving to Illinois. Coach Manning has B.A. in Physical Education/ Health and M.Ed in Physical Education/ Health and Recreation Coach Manning has over 20 years of coaching experience with 18 years as a college football coach.
